Chandrayogi Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return.
